- Feasibility studies and site analysis
- Subdivision planning
- Preliminary project assessment: site evaluations, preliminary development plans & alternatives, development of project budgets & time lines
- Project design and permitting: preparation, submittal & processing of land use plans, state & federal development permits, building permits
- Provide construction support engineering
- Assist with project team leadership in meeting schedules and budgets.
