This capital improvement project (CIP) includes the evaluation of existing sewer network and performs design for new sewer mains connecting to the existing LA County trunk sewer. Interacted, negotiated and served as a liaison between the city and several government agencies, RFP review, cost estimate, proposal preparation, design and project management.
